My challenge was to transform this high‑volume ecosystem into a governed, repeatable system that clarified roles, optimized pipelines, and improved how content supported user goals.

My Role and Approach
1. Comprehensive Content Audit
- Conducted an audit of hundreds to thousands of assets across channels to identify gaps, redundancies, and misaligned messaging.
2. Defined a Purpose‑Driven Model
- Established a channel-based “Job to be Done” framework to clarify the purpose and performance expectations for each asset type.
3. Built Governance & SOPs
- Created centralized documentation to ensure repeatability:
- RACI Workflow Mapping — clearly defined roles and responsibilities
- SEO & Metadata Playbooks — consistent discovery and standards
- Templates & SOPs — streamlined content production from ideation to publish
4. Redesigned Production Workflows
- Restructured the Idea → Publish pipeline to scale across teams, including internal staff and distributed Brand Ambassadors.
