At Time4Learning, content output was high but lacked a strategic structure, leading to fragmented workflows, unclear responsibilities, and inefficiencies in how content was produced and evaluated. My challenge was to transform this high‑volume ecosystem into a governed, repeatable system that clarified roles, optimized pipelines, and improved how content supported user goals.

The Challenge

The team faced a “scaling bottleneck”:

  • Thousands of digital assets scattered across platforms
  • No consistent governance or metadata standards
  • Confusion over responsibilities and asset lifecycle
  • Limited ability to measure impact or scale strategically

This resulted in fragmented workflows, inconsistent content quality, and delays in time-to-market.

My Role and Approach

1. Comprehensive Content Audit

  • Conducted an audit of hundreds to thousands of assets across channels to identify gaps, redundancies, and misaligned messaging.

2. Defined a Purpose‑Driven Model

  • Established a channel-based “Job to be Done” framework to clarify the purpose and performance expectations for each asset type.

3. Built Governance & SOPs

  • Created centralized documentation to ensure repeatability:
    • RACI Workflow Mapping — clearly defined roles and responsibilities
    • SEO & Metadata Playbooks — consistent discovery and standards
    • Templates & SOPs — streamlined content production from ideation to publish

4. Redesigned Production Workflows

  • Restructured the Idea → Publish pipeline to scale across teams, including internal staff and distributed Brand Ambassadors.
