Leaders in Dyslexia for Nessy Learning

The Leaders in Dyslexia project was an extensive initiative aimed at creating a comprehensive training program for educators and professionals. From collaborating with expert Neil McKay to overseeing the end-to-end production process, I played a key role in coordinating the project’s development. My contributions spanned pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, and even designing the training platform’s website, ensuring every element aligned with our educational goals and delivered a seamless user experience.

• Collaboration with Neil McKay, Dyslexia Expert

  Connecting with Neil McKay to align on the project vision. We discussed the content he would provide and how we would film and present it, ensuring it met the learning goals and the needs of our audience.

• Pre-production Planning

  Based on the content provided by Neil, we determined the best approach for filming. This involved creating shot lists, scouting locations, organizing equipment, and ensuring all the necessary resources were in place.

• On-site Production

  Coordinated on-site filming sessions, managing the schedule with Neil and the rest of the team. I handled the logistics of setting up cameras, lighting, and sound equipment, ensuring the shoot ran smoothly.

• Post-production

  I edited all footage, synced audio, added visual assets, and made adjustments to ensure a seamless final product. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the design team to ensure that all visual elements, including slides and graphics, were aligned with the project’s overall vision.

• Website Design

  Contributed to the design and user experience of the training platform for the Leaders in Dyslexia program, creating mockups in Miro and collaborating with the web development team to bring the platform to life.

  

• Final Launch & Delivery

  Ensured all assets were properly delivered, the website was functional, and the final training materials were ready for distribution. Coordinated the launch and ensured the smooth implementation of the program.
